Hi, I just want to give a comment. If a customer orders a cup of tea and didn't like it (for any reason) and asks for another one, you don't charge the customer for 2 cup of tea. It's not the money ( $1.50) but I was turn off the other day when I was charged for the tea that I didn't drink. I broght it to the waitres attention but her answer was` that's how it is` I've beenn to many Ethiopian & Eritrean restaurant and never in my life had to pay for a cup of tea that I didn't drink. I just want to bring this to the owners attention. It won't hurt your busness if you dump a cup of tea but it will affect your customers exerience in your restaurant. Other thatn tha, I enjoyed the food and the place looks nice and clean.
